Enables constant Emergency Siren
ignition sense. Therefore, Emergency Siren is only operable when the vehicle’s
ignition is turned ON. This feature applies on a radio-wide basis.
When disabled, the radio-user
can activate the Siren when the vehicle's ignition is ON or OFF.
When the Siren Operation field is set to "Siren / PA", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
